Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural compound that is found abundantly in the leaves, stalks, and flowers of industrial hemp or marijuana cannabis plants. CBDayz CBD oils are derived from the hemp plant (Cannabis Sativa). CBD, or its scientific name Cannabidiol is a natural plant molecule found abundantly in hemp. CBD works by stimulating your endocannabinoid system. By extracting the CBD oils from the hemp plant, we are able to harness the properties associated with CBD. We believe in the goodness of the whole plant, so our extracts contain a full spectrum of cannabinoids and not just CBD. CBDayz CBD oils are an optimal combination of our highly concentrated CBD extract and our rich hemp seed oil. What Is CBD Oil Good For?
The compound CBD has shown potential in being useful for a plethora of symptoms and upgrades. However, CBDayz CBD oils are not intended to treat, diagnose or cure any illness, condition or disease.

What Does The CBD Oil/Hemp Oil Contain? 
CBD, Chlorophyll, Alkanes, Nitrogenous compounds, Amino acids, Sugars, Aldehydes, Alcohols, Ketones, Flavonoids, Glycosides, Vitamins, and Pigments. Some scientists have discovered that cannabis/hemp contains over 400 molecules – and in recent research, there's over 120 cannabinoids including CBD, THC, CBG, CBC, and CBN.

Is CBDayz CBD Oil Good For Treating Seizures?
CBDayz CBD oils are NOT created to treat, cure, or diagnose any form of disease or condition.

Do You Have To Be 21 Years Old To Buy CBD?
Depending on your state or country, CBD may or may not be considered legal. If you are in the USA, please check your state's laws pertaining to CBD before making assumptions on legalities or what age is legal to buy CBD. In general, if you're over 21 and in the USA, you should be sweet.

What Is The Difference Between Isolate, Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum CBD?
While these three types of CBD products may sound similar, they’re actually very different. We've described their differences below:

1. What is CBD Isolate?
CBD isolate is the purest form of this compound, extracted by removing it from all other ingredients.

2. What is Full-Spectrum CBD?
Full spectrum CBD contains all the phytochemical compounds naturally found in the plant. This includes CBD, negligible (below 0.3%) THC, trace cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils.

Some of the additional cannabinoids in full-spectrum extracts include:

• Cannabinol (CBN)
• Cannabichromene (CBC)
• Cannabigerol (CBG)
• Cannabidiol acid (CBDA)
• Cannabidivarin (CBDV)

The full spectrum of the active compounds extracted from hemp work together to amplify the effects of each individual cannabinoid. Although non-psychoactive, full-spectrum CBD can give you a false positive during a drug test, especially if you consume high doses of CBD oil daily.

That’s when the broad-spectrum CBD comes in.

3. What is Broad Spectrum CBD?
Broad-spectrum CBD contains cannabidiol and all the other compounds within the plant, without THC. THC is completely removed after the initial extraction.

In a very simplified manner, broad-spectrum CBD is somewhat a mix between full-spectrum CBD and CBD isolate. It contains the entire spectrum of cannabinoids without THC.

How Do I Know What I Am Getting?

Does CBD Relieve Joint Pain Or Nerve Pain?
The compound of CBD is being explored by scientists to interact with your endocannabinoid system and therefore, CBD may or may not influence levels of soreness in the body and brain. CBDayz CBD oil is not designed to treat, cure or diagnose any disease, condition or illness. Many of our customers report using CBD oil post-workout or shred as part of their daily regimen.

Can You Use CBDayz CBD For Pain And Discomfort?
While there is anecdotal evidence that suggests CBD compound can be used for pain, CBDayz CBD oils are NOT intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease or condition. Our athletes often use CBDayz after a long day of riding and taking slams.

Can CBD Oil Be Used For Anxiety Symptoms?
CBDayz CBD oils are NOT designed to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease or condition. However, the compound CBD is thought to promote feelings of calmness, relaxation, mental clarity and focus. However, there are no proven claims to suggest this is true.

How Is CBD Consumed?

What Plant Do You Get Your CBD From?

What Makes Hemp Plants Different From Marijuana Plants?
Hemp and marijuana come from the same plant family, Cannabis sativa. The main difference between the two is their level of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) – the  illegal, psychotropic cannabinoids. American legislation, according to the Agricultural Act of 2014 describes legal hemp plants as containing less than 0.3 percent THC.

What Is Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)?
THC, short for tetrahydrocannabinol, is the primary psychoactive cannabinoid in cannabis is responsible for most of the plant’s psychoactive effects.

What Is The Difference Between CBD And THC?
Both are cannabinoids that interact in unique ways with the endocannabinoid system each of us have in our bodies. THC is the main psychoactive component of the cannabis plant responsible for creating the “high” associated with cannabis use. CBD is non-psychoactive which means that it will not get the user high.

Will CBDayz Products Get Me High?
No they won’t. All of our product are 100% THC free, guaranteed! When consumed, CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, which is made up of receptors that control a number of bodily functions. CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it does not make the consumer feel “high.”

How Does CBD Work In My Body?
Our bodies contain a network of receptors designed to accept cannabinoids, known as the endocannabinoid system (ECS). The ECS is made up of a number of CB1 and CB2 receptors that are responsible for the assimilation of cannabinoid molecules into the body, resulting in a variety of responses correlated with cannabis consumption. In general, cannabinoids in enable the ECS to assist the body to return to a state of stability or homeostasis.

Is CBD Natural?
Yes, CBD is a 100% naturally occurring chemical compound extracted from hemp. It is not synthetically made.

What Are The Health Benefits Of CBD?
While there is a body of evidence to indicate the positive benefits of consuming CBD, there have not yet been FDA approved studies completed that permit medical claims to be made for CBD. We recommend doing your research to build awareness around CBD.

Can I order CBD Products If Medical Marijuana Is Illegal In My State?

What Is The Difference Between Hemp And Marijuana?
Although both are from the same plant species, hemp and marijuana are 2 very distinct plants that differ in genetics, cultivation, and chemical process.

Hemp is cultivated for many uses and products; including rope, fabric, food, CBD extracts, etc. Hemp has very low levels of THC (defined as 0.3% and under) and has no intoxicating properties.

Marijuana is cultivated to yield high levels of THC and can contain levels that exceed 20%.

Are CBDayz Products Third-Party Tested?
Yes, all CBDayz products are created and third-party tested. We do this to ensure the highest-quality products possible and that our product COA's are always transparently available on each product page for you to see.

Is CBD Oil Legal?
In 2018, a Farm Bill was passed in the USA. Hemp and hemp-derived products are legal to produce, sell and consume throughout all 50 states. These products must be derived from industrial hemp containing less than .3 percent THC. A state can still decide however if they would like to allow the sale and production of hemp based products. Please check your local laws to verify that CBD is legal in your state.

Will I Get "High" From Using CBD? 
No. CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t have a strong effect on cognitive brain activity and doesn’t cause the “high” associated with the THC occurring in cannabis. CBD is a non-intoxicating component from industrial hemp, which legally must have less than 0.3 percent of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

How Long Does It Take To Feel The Effects Of CBD?
Properties of CBD will vary for each individual depending on height, weight, and the quantity of CBD taken. Because there are no intoxicating ingredients within CBD oil, there is no “high” effect. Some users describe the sensation within seconds or minutes. In others that may be 30 minutes or more. We recommend you start with small amounts and gradually increase with each use until reaching desired results.

What Concentration Should I Choose?
We recommend consulting your health care provider and doing your own research before trying CBD. Our lower concentrations of CBD are ideal for those who are new to CBD. Our stronger CBD concentrations are perfect for those who need higher CBD doses and are best for more severe symptoms.

Will I Need A Marijuana Card Or A Doctors Prescription To Use CBDayz Products? 
Our products contain hemp-based CBD, which is federally legal to be purchased anywhere in the U.S. without a marijuana card or doctor's prescription. Please check your state's laws to verify that CBD is legal in your state.

Will Using CBD Oil Show Up On A Drug Test? 
While hemp-based CBD products are manufactured from hemp plants containing less than 0.3% THC, there are still minute trace amounts. Technically as a result, CBD may lead to a positive drug test for THC as it would flag with any product made from hemp. If this is a significant concern, we advise speaking with your doctor and if game, your employer before use.

Will I Fail A Sports Drug Test If I Use CBD?
Not if you use CBDayz products with no THC. The leading sports doping agency WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) permits the use of CBD. Caution should be exercised in using products that have not been tested and may have more than the 0.3% THC level in them.

How Do I Place An Order?
Please browse our product range and add your favorite products to your cart. When you’re ready to checkout, please click the cart at the top of the page and follow the instructions for inputting your billing/mailing address and payment information. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has successfully been processed.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us and we will promptly help you cancel or change your order. Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, we will have to wait upon its arrival to you before we can return or change your order. Return shipping fees or new order fees may apply if the order has already been shipped out.

How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order via the tracking information we send to your email.

How Can I Return a Product?
You can return your unopened, undamaged product in new condition within 60 days for a full refund. If you would like to return your order, please contact us with the following information:

2. Items you would like to return
3. Reason for return
4. Photos of unopened products

CBDayz will then issue a return authorization (RA) based on the information you provide. We cannot accept items which are returned without an RA, or are not included in your RA. CBDayz does not cover freight for returns.
